In record time the Public Prosecutor's Office compiled 57 tests to accuse Rafael Uribe Noguera

The Prosecutor in charge of Néstor Humberto Martínez filed an indictment in record time. In 12 days he put together a package of 57 tests to demand a sentence of 60 years of jail for sexual abuse and the murder of the youngest Yuliana Samboní.

The Code of Criminal Procedure gave him 120 days to gather the evidence and present the indictment. Prosecutor 121 of the Life Unit was responsible for presenting the accusation in a case in which also must determine the responsibility that could have their brothers Francisco and Catalina Uribe who were for more than three hours at the scene of the crime.

One of the concerns that the defense of the family of Yuliana Samboní has is that once presented the indictment of accusation can not add new evidence and evidence to the process.

It seems they are rushing the indictment because once filed it cannot be changed to add new evidence like co-conspirators/defendents.
